This class meets Monday through Friday from 9:00am to noon.  

This class is ideal for 4 and 5 year old children that are ready and eager to learn pre-academic skills in the areas of reading, writing and mathematics, yet aren’t quite ready for the rigors of full-day kindergarten.

The New York State Preschool Common Core Learning Standards are used as guidelines in Lesson Plan preparation.  For example, there are "Literacy" and/or "Math" small group lessons each day.  The class has "Science Wednesday" with an interactive experiment, and a "Thematic Word Wall."  

However, BE ASSURED, all activities addressing the Common Core Learning Standards are non-threatening, age-appropriate, FUN activities.
