Or drop it off at the office of Community Nursery School at the Poughkeepsie United Methodist Church.  Enter the building through the north door (on the right side of the building). CNS Offices are upstairs, the last door on the left.

Be sure to include the $55 Registration Fee (refundable until July 1st) if you are registering for a 2, 3 or 5 days/week class.  Make checks payable to CNS.  Registration fee not necessary for Mommy & Me class.
